1) The Process:
The personalization process was super easy, smart, and choices were offered where necessary. The instructions were crystal clear. I loved that it was made possible to personalize several items in this package, and add an illustration as well as text.
After finalizing the order, I was pleasantly surprised that David shared a picture of the final product with me via email to get a final "OK" before shipping!
I was notified with the exact necessary updates that I wanted to hear, until the product was shipped (which was pretty fast).
2) Aftersales:
Due to Covid, the shipment took slightly longer than originally anticipated. However, David was simply amazing! He supported me 100%, promptly responded to my emails, and followed up with the courier (several times) to ensure that it was simply a delay in logistics due to the current situation and nothing else.
3) Final Result:
My fiancé, the birthday boy, and the recipient of the gift was ecstatic! The gift combined 3 things that he loves: 1) golf, 2) Obelix animation branding on his fav sport merchandise! 3) a message from me printed on the golf balls. He said it was the best present he had ever received.
I'm going to have a hard time topping this one :)"
